The Company Contracted Property Management Project of the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of the Congo

On March 31, the company signed the property management service contract with the Chinese embassy in the Republic of the Congo. On April 1, the company deployed staff to the embassy to fulfill the property management duty.

The Chinese embassy (incl. Economic and Commercial Office) in the Republic of the Congo has a total building area of 9,500m². Our company provides the following property management service: building repair, equipment repair and operation, maintenance of ancillary facilities, public hygiene, catering support, local employee management, and logistics for large events, etc.

At present, the company’s property management projects in the Republic of the Congo also include Clement Community, which is the most luxurious residential community in Brazzaville. Many Chinese  enterprises such as Huawei, StarTimes, Gezhouba Group, etc. have their offices in the community.
